Steve came out & had a chat with me, he worked out what I wanted then put me onto his finance broker. Once I had pre approval, he booked me an appointment to have my design drawn and found me a builder that wasn't swamped with loads of work from the grants boom. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I was sick of multiple meetings with builders, appointments with banks & not knowing which builder to trust, just fed up of not getting anywhere. A friend told me to get in contact with Linked & Looked After. After contacting Steve, he assured me he knew who was credible & who to stay away from. His partners stream-lined the whole process & made it very easy. He linked me with the professionals who could organise finance for my new build, a custom drawing/design to suit my wants & needs, found land in an area I want to live & found a builder who he deemed worthy of my business. He put me onto a solid local settlement agent to. I would definitely recommend if you’re wanting to build & don’t want the headache ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
